  • We have been using internet4associations.com exclusively for the past nine years, internet4associations.com is a powerful database solution for online membership, integrated meeting registration, online payments & email campaigns. Total cost is $99 per month for membership integrated with unlimited event registrations. Member dues and registration can be paid together, but will be reported separately as dues or meeting revenue, making the most of meeting engagement to drive member retention and growth. Alternatively, we will work with a society’s current Association Management System.

• Organizing International Scientific & Medical Meetings

  • Full-service management of academic conferences
  • Proactive, highly experienced fundraising and grant writing support to raise sponsorship support from industry, institutions, NIH, FDA, foundations, and individuals
  • Budgeting and transparent, real-time financial analysis and reporting
  • Abstract Submission management, review, working with the program committee to accept and send notifications to authors, and slot accepted abstracts into the program. We use Oxford Abstracts, event cost is $3,190, which includes:
    • abstracts submission & peer review
    • online program
    • ePoster gallery including video presentations
    • attendee networking and chat
    • certificates of attendance and participation (including title of abstract)
  • Negotiations and full service management & contracting for hotels, convention centers, A/V technology and services, poster boards, outside social events & galas, transportation, entertainment, etc.

• Society Awards Programs

  • Set up nomination forms (using the internet4associations.com), adhere to deadlines, and advertise the awards
  • Compile a summary ranking report of the nominations for the Awards Committee and facilitate a Zoom so they can make their decisions
  • Notifications to all those who participated in the nomination process
  • Advertise the winners, distribute press releases, set up webpages for each awardee, create graphics, and spread the word via social media, newsletters, and website posts
  • Order plaques, crystals, or certificates and organize the awards ceremony for optimal promotion of the awards and the award winners
  • Work with Society leadership to secure funding for existing and new awards
