Professorship for “Multimodal Imaging of Intercellular Communication”

The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Regensburg, Germany, is inviting
applications for a W3 (Full) Professorship for “Multimodal Imaging of
Intercellular Communication”. The professorship is intended to strengthen the
faculty’s main research priorities in immune medicine, oncology and
transplantation medicine by engaging in in situ imaging of signaling and
metabolic processes in the interaction of immune and other cells. The
professorship will be integrated into an innovative interdisciplinary
Department of Immuno-Medical Research. The Faculty of Medicine and the
University of Regensburg offer with their existing collaborative research
programs in immunology and oncology, as well as the Leibniz Institute for
Immune Therapy (LIT), the Fraunhofer Group for Personalized Tumor Therapy, and
the Regensburg Centre for Ultrafast Nanoscopy (RUN), an attractive framework
