The Cytokine Society instituted a new award, the Joan Oefner Travel Award, an initiative named in honor of the retiring Managing Director. Joan’s dedication has fueled ICIS’s growth, and this award will continue her legacy by supporting future leaders in our field. We invite you to join us in seeding this effort by contributing to the ICIS Travel Awards Fund, every year one of the ICIS Student/Postdoc Member travel award applicants will be chosen to receive this award.
